Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jitta ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses jitta's services ("User", "you"). By visiting the jitta.lat website, creating an account, or starting to play any game, you agree to these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 — Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, applicable across all payment methods

• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn

3.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

jitta is committed to preventing money laundering and suspicious financial activity. We reserve the right to review and suspend any suspicious transaction and, where applicable, report it to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

jitta offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions, which are described in detail below.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

jitta offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more yields the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 — General Bonus Rules

• The same person, device, or payment method cannot claim the welcome bonus more than once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus
• Exploiting any system error or technical issue to earn bonuses is prohibited
• jitta reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time

4.4 — VIP Program

jitta's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze tier — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver tier — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold tier — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum tier — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are at jitta's discretion. Tiers are determined based on regular activity and engagement with the platform.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

jitta is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of the platform.

5.1 — Prohibited Conduct

• Any form of fraudulent activity, or the use of software or technology to gain an unfair advantage
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system for unfair gain
• Using jitta for the purpose of money laundering
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate jitta's bonus system

5.2 — Enforcement Powers

If a user is found to be engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above, jitta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice and to forfeit the associated balance. In such cases, jitta's decision shall be considered final.
